Step 2 of Pre-Analysis Communication: Develop Scope of Work

Once each of the aforementioned items have been evaluated and project objectives are understood, the owner and/or modeler will have the key information necessary to develop an adequate scope of work for the modeling effort. The scope of work should include all tasks needed to fulfill the model’s purpose.
