Editing an Existing Page
The simplest way to contribute to the Dam Safety Toolbox is by improving existing pages. This could include:
- Minor edits (e.g., fixing typos and formatting issues or making editorial suggestions)
- Major edits (e.g., adding, revising, or deleting major subsections of a page)
- Adding links to Best Practices Resources, Trainings, or Examples
- Adding pertinent photographs
Be bold in improving topic pages! When adding facts, please provide references so others may verify them. Abide by the website's policies and procedures and formatting and style guide.
Reporting a Problem
If you spot a problem with a page, you can fix it directly, by clicking on the "Edit" link at the top of that page. If you don't feel ready to fix an article yourself, notify the Dam Safety Toolbox Editor. You can either send an email identifying the issue or use this fillable PDF contribution form. This will bring the matter to the attention of others who will work to resolve the issue.
